What our Associates are saying

5 stars

I enjoy working at Central Carolina because everyone respects one another. Since I started in 2015, my feedback is solicited often and valued by our leadership team. I am proud to be part of a company that provides a superior level of service to the customer, standing by them through repairs, equipment replacement, and regular maintenance.

– Willie May, HVAC Technician

“Central Carolina is a good company that will train an individual with no experience and a desire to learn. We train them from maintenance to repair and beyond. Central Carolina also invests both time and money on students who are interested in and learning the HVAC trade.

– David Robbins, HVAC Technician
